That is why if as our partner you choose to pick up goods personally at our warehouse in Biatorbágy, we can arrange it in the same way as home deliveries to ensure the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing goods and to avoid long waiting times on site. So

• placing an order in advance by the help of our sales staff, technical advisors or customer service, and then
• confirmation of 'goods ready for collection' by our customer service after purchase and package assembly

are both required.

You can then pick up your order directly from the warehouse at the back of our premises in the order of arrival. Once you are on site, please follow the 'Warehouse' signs straight back past the building, our colleagues will assist you at the back in the 'Warehouse office'.

IMPORTANT: We take the safety of our customers, conveyors and colleagues seriously, our facilities and processes in the warehouse and external warehouse depot area are in some cases stricter than national and international industry and Aliaxis standards. That said, the area and the service is a dangerous business, so please help us as by following these simple safety rules when moving goods in and out:

• the warehouse route is a one-way one, all vehicles must travel in the marked areas and directions at a maximum speed of 5 km/h,
• request loading only on vehicles that are in safe condition in general AND are technically suitable for the safe placement and transport of the ordered items due to its design, size and cargo space - our warehouse staff will check these properly, record the findings and if the vehicle does not comply with the above, they have to refuse the loading without any discretionary action,
• use only designated pedestrian routes on foot,
• wear a safety vest.
